1. Quotes and orders

Sending a quote request or a quote list doesn't place an order or commit you to anything. We come back with pricing and options, and nothing goes to print until you approve a quote and a proof.

Pricing, quantities, materials, turnaround and delivery for your job are the ones confirmed in your written quote. Turnaround times on this site describe our typical schedule and start once your proof is approved.

2. Your artwork

When you send us a logo, artwork, photos or text, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them printed. You keep ownership of your artwork; you give us permission to use it to produce your order.

We won't print artwork that we believe infringes someone else's rights or that is unlawful.

3. Proofs and color

Every order gets a proof. Please check spelling, dates, phone numbers, sizes and layout carefully, because we print what you approve. Colors on a screen can look different from ink on paper, fabric or vinyl; if exact color matters, tell us when you request your quote.

4. Our guarantee

Everything we print is backed by our money-back guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. The details for your order are confirmed with your quote.

5. Photos and product information

Photos on this site show the kinds of products we make and are for illustration. Your order is produced to the specifications in your approved quote and proof.

6. Site content

The DP Sales name, logos, text and design of this site belong to DP Sales Distributors, Inc.. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please don't copy the site's content or branding for other uses without our permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't run, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated spam through our forms, and nothing unlawful. We provide the site as it is and work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DP Sales isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
