Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

What you send us. When you request a quote we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to add: company, phone number, event date, the products you're interested in and your notes. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you share there, including artwork and logo files.

What your browser sends. Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It's used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Site analytics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and pages viewed in aggregate. They don't use advertising cookies or build a profile of you.

2. What's stored in your browser

If you build a quote list, it's saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you choose to send it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

We also remember, for the length of your visit, that you've already seen our opening animation so it doesn't replay on every page. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and answer your questions
• To set up artwork, send proofs, produce and deliver your order
• To send you a confirmation when you submit a request, and to follow up on it
• To keep the site running, secure and working well
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us do the work you asked for:

• Our website host and our email delivery provider, which deliver your quote request to our team
• Suppliers, decorators and shipping carriers we use to produce and deliver your order
• Authorities, when the law requires it

5. Your artwork and files

Logos, artwork and files you send us are used only to produce your order. They stay yours. We don't use them in our marketing without your permission.

6. Third-party content

Our About and Contact pages show an embedded Google Map, which Google serves under its own privacy policy. Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quote and order details for as long as we need them to serve you and to maintain normal business records, then delete them.

8. Your choices

Want to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you? Email sales@dpsales.net and we'll take care of it. If we ever send you marketing emails, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.

9. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to quote requests is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers through the quote form.

10. Children

This site is for businesses and event planners. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. See also our Terms of Use.
